Germans shout and speak staccato-like in american or british movies only. Italians are much more louder… I actually don’t know louder people than italians…
I agree we are crazy loud and that is especially true in southern Italy. The farther south you go the louder people are. Perhaps only the Australians are as loud as us.
I do NOT agree on the “angry and outraged” point though, it’s the opposite.
