I agree with Sylvester Stallone. If she's willing to get an incurable disease to get revenge then this is one woman you don't wanna f*** with. This is possibly the ONLY punishment worse than murder for the husband too. I mean, if you kill him then that's that. But if you give him an STD he has to live with it...until he dies from it.
While this wouldn't be a murder charge for several decades, it's still illegal to give someone an std. If you know you have it then you're required to tell your partner by law. (at least in the US)
