Paul (Saturday, 7 Mar 2009) I mean... they look like pretty good chairs. Sturdy and all, but I'm not sure if they're worth 99c idk (Thursday, 12 Mar 2009) they seem like quality chairs though. deox (Wednesday, 13 May 2009) I'm getting one for sure! Stalin (Saturday, 7 Mar 2009) Reply Given that 85 percent of germany;s losses were on the eastern front, CCCP is not being given a fair representation here Neex (Saturday, 7 Mar 2009) Reply This was pretty sweet. They forgot to mention that USA was not in the war because they were still recovering from the depression and already in bad shape, and helping Canada a bit during the war, and that's why Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. Paul (Saturday, 7 Mar 2009) I don't think historical accuracy is the main point of this. Neex (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) ....Shut up. :c Andreeze (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Reply Too bad Germany is drawn according to it's post-war borders. In 1939 Germany was much larger, including about half of present day Poland (Poland on the other hand included almost half of present day Belarussia). Roh (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Reply Some nice drawings in there. I'd love to see it edited and inked, and maybe researched a teensy bit more. But cool to read! V6saniitja (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Reply nothing about CCCP occupying Estonia and other small countries ? j1 (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) yes, because they played an epic role in the war , yaknow... Lukan (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Reply They forgot that russian almost take poland after war, evry seat on the parlament and president was a russian fag, and poland wass pretty f**ked up for long time after war. Today politics only throwing shit about whos grandfather was russian or german fag Ian (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Really? They were all gay? m2acis (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Reply I think it is still too complicated :P and lacks some key points. For me, as citizen of Latvia, is important to mention secret German-USSR agreement to split the Eastern Europe in interest zones. And Germany's decision to break this agreement by attacking USSR. Johnny Bravo (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) I agree, man. That would've been a cool part to draw. And also the Ukrainian mass murders aren't mentioned. kimberlysue (Sunday, 8 Mar 2009) Reply i don't understand why history classes aren't this entertaining Ugh (Monday, 9 Mar 2009) Reply Let me get this straight... you include Iran but don't even mention the Spanish Civil War. wicked, but (Monday, 9 Mar 2009) Reply whilst russians were invaded, Romania turned the gun against the germans and thus began the end of the war. Else it would have lasted at least 6 months more. NM (Monday, 9 Mar 2009) Reply Am I the first to note the sudden growth of the british moustache? They only have facial hair when involved in a war I reckon... W. Churchill (Monday, 9 Mar 2009) Yeah, when British are pissed-off, they grow moustache :) Giant Psychic Squid (Monday, 9 Mar 2009) Reply You mean I'm not in the end of this either? GOD DAMN IT! mike (Monday, 9 Mar 2009) Reply Cool, you just kinda forgot to mention that Soviet Union BACKSTABBED Poland on Feb 17 along with the Nazis, and that later on they didn't liberate us, they just took place of nazis as an occupant. But hey, let's keep history simple, otherwise we couldn't "explain" the Biggest Genocide Ever with this utterly funny comic strip! Way to go, duh -_- Aberrant Press (Tuesday, 10 Mar 2009) Reply To Giant Psychic Squid: You are my hero. Otherwise, this is the most fun that the deaths of tens of millions of people has ever been, warts and all! Alonetogether (Wednesday, 11 Mar 2009) Reply this is PERFECT. Dont change a THING any more and it would be too complicated, this is brilliant, and super happy win fun tiem. Johny--X (Wednesday, 11 Mar 2009) Reply Where is Czechoslovakia ?It was very important for start WW2. TNT (Friday, 13 Mar 2009) Reply USSR invided Baltics and Poland the same time Germany did. And you made it all look like it was just Germany. But comic kicks increadable ammount of ass. 10/10 historicalated (Saturday, 14 Mar 2009) Reply I would visit eatliver more often if it were always stuff like THIS rather than stupid pics of boobs and such. Black Phoenix (Saturday, 14 Mar 2009) Reply And the Yugoslavia is missing as well. There were some very important battles on their territory, but it doesn't matter. This is good enough! Homecoming (Sunday, 15 Mar 2009) Good job. It was quite accurate even historically. However two main moments lack - 1. USSR was primal aggressor along with Germany (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia were invided. Somehow this is forgotten) 2. You drew Germany, Poland, Finland and some others with their modern borders. Someone mentioned Spain.. they were pretty fachist. And you could have added Argentina at the end. They reminded pretty fachist like after the war. I look forward for every important event of history to be included in comics like this :D Maybe WW I can be next? That was a fun war. johnny (Monday, 16 Mar 2009) Reply They shouldve made the US a bit more of a the pussy who didnt want to get its paws dirty until everyone was weak enough so that they only had to quietly stroll in and take all the glory. masterspoon66 (Tuesday, 24 Mar 2009) Reply This should so be made into a poster, and it should be hung everywhere Todd (Wednesday, 25 Mar 2009) Reply wow, shut up people about the accuracy, its a quick run down of the war, who gives a shit about estonia and crappy places like that, it sums it up nicely thepecker (Thursday, 26 Mar 2009) Reply This was awsome. obviously done by an american but as far as entertainment value goes. as good as anything ive seen in a long time. needs to be finished off properly and made into a comic book. would sell millions K9 (Sunday, 29 Mar 2009) Reply Obviously that was written by an American, not someone who read the history. Kerkko (Saturday, 18 Apr 2009) Canada only took some part in WW I Peeknee (Wednesday, 11 Nov 2009) Reply Canada fought along the entire east coast from France to Germany, Canada liberated Denmark, Luxemberg, and Belgium and invaded Garmany, also has soldiers in Pacific, where Australia was fighting Japan way before US got involved. Peter (Friday, 20 Nov 2009) Reply nice work! i liked the way how the letters are changend (russia) and the little pictures (japan) and the german cusses! |
