Epic but fake. One cannot carry, smoke, sell, etc. marijuana outside specific bars in Amsterdam. Having it in a hotel room is forbidden by law so no hotel would never send a letter like this.

It´s not fake. In Holland you can bye up to 5 grams and smoke it in your own home. Having it in a hotelroom is not forbidden if smoking is allowed there.
